Price Match Guarantee Terms & Conditions

We are committed to offering competitive prices. If you find the same product at a lower regular retail price from an eligible Singapore retailer, we may match the price, subject to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

1. The product must be:

   * The exact same brand.
   * The exact same product name.
   * The same weight, volume or pack size.
   * The same grade, cut or specification where applicable.
   * The same country of origin where applicable.
   * In stock and available for immediate purchase from both the competitor and us.

2. Price matching is available only against major Singapore-based retailers with a physical retail presence or an established online store serving Singapore. Marketplace sellers, auction websites, classified listings, wholesalers, membership clubs, and overseas retailers are excluded.

3. The competitor's price must be:

   * Displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
   * A regular selling price available to all customers.
   * Publicly verifiable through the retailer's website, catalogue or advertisement.

Exclusions

Price matching does not apply to:

* Clearance, liquidation or closing down sales.
* Flash sales, limited-time promotions or one-day deals.
* Grand opening promotions.
* Member-only, subscription-only or loyalty programme pricing.
* Coupon, promo code or voucher discounts.
* Cashback offers.
* Bundle deals, multi-buy offers or "Buy 1 Get 1" promotions.
* Pricing errors or obvious mistakes.
* Damaged, near-expiry or reduced-to-clear products.
* Marketplace sellers or third-party sellers on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon Marketplace or similar.
* Trade pricing, wholesale pricing or corporate pricing.
* Products sold through live streams or social commerce.
* Pricing that requires financing, instalments or additional purchases.

Verification

Customers must provide sufficient proof of the competitor's price before purchase, including a valid website link, advertisement or photograph showing:

* Product name.
* Price.
* Retailer's name.
* Date of the promotion where applicable.

We reserve the right to verify all pricing before approving any price match request.

Delivery Charges

Price matching applies to the product price only. Delivery fees, shipping charges, service fees and other additional charges are excluded from comparison.

Approval

Price match requests are assessed individually and are subject to our review and approval. Our decision on eligibility is final.

Abuse

We reserve the right to reject any request that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, abusive, intended to exploit this policy, or inconsistent with the spirit of our Price Match Guarantee.

This includes, but is not limited to:

* Repeated unreasonable requests.
* Attempts to combine multiple discounts.
* Manipulated or altered screenshots.
* Automated pricing tools or pricing generated by system errors.
* Purchases made for resale or commercial purposes.

Changes

We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this Price Match Guarantee at any time without prior notice
