Miura Zao Soba 200G

Soba noodle is commonly referred to a type of thin noodles made from buckwheat flour, or a combination of buckwheat and wheat flours. Zao Soba goes best with dipping sauce known as soba tsuyu on the side. The tsuyu is made of a strong mixture of dashi, sweetened soy sauce and mirin. According to your own preference, it can also be cooked like any other noodle. Soba noodle is definitely a healthier option of carbohydrates.
