Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for about 3 minutes. Place the 2 fried chicken cutlets in the air fryer without overlapping and cook for about 10 minutes, or until heated through.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the cooked rice and 5 tablespoons of tomato paste. Adjust the amount of tomato paste according to the amount of rice used. Mix well, then remove from heat and set aside.
- Pour the desired amount of curry sauce into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for about 2 minutes, or until heated through. Adjust the heating time according to the amount of sauce.
- To assemble, place the tomato rice on one half of a serving plate and pour the curry sauce onto the other half. Place the chicken cutlet on top of the rice, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and roasted seaweed.
