Cha Soba is made of buckwheat flour and flavoured with green tea powder. This cold green tea buckwheat noodle goes best with dipping sauce known as soba tsuyu on the side. The tsuyu is made of a strong mixture of dashi, sweetened soy sauce and mirin.
