2.0 Delivery Information

Our customer service team will contact you to arrange a preferred delivery date once you have placed an order with us and payment is made

2.1 All customers are to take note of their preferred delivery schedule, and be present when their products are being delivered. 

2.2 Unsuccessful delivery due to customer's absence will incur additional charges for re-delivery.

2.3 Local delivery is only available within the mainland of Singapore. 

2.4 Delivery is from Monday to Friday, with two (2) time slots available:

        -    10am to 2pm

        -    6pm to 10pm

2.4.1    No delivery is available on public holidays. No Deliver Dates - 10 to 14 February 2021.

2.4.2    Cut-off timing for next-day delivery is 2pm daily, subjected to availability.

  • Orders made on Monday to Thursday (before 2pm) will be collected and delivered on the next day.
  • Orders made on Monday to Thursday (after 2pm) will be collected and delivered on the next 2 working days.
  • Orders made on Friday to Sunday will be collected and delivered on Tuesday.

2.4.3    Delivery days are available up to 7 days in advance, inclusive of public holidays. 
2.4.4    All preferred delivery date and timing are subjected to availability, and may be amended and extended up to 5 days. 
2.4.5    If the preferred delivery date or timing are not available, customer will be notified via email or contact number of the new delivery timing.


2.5 Free local (Singapore) delivery is available for purchase amount above S$45.00 on a single receipt (invoice) for a limited period only. 

2.6 A flat shipping (delivery) fee of S$8.00 is chargeable if the purchase amount is below S$60.00 on a single receipt (invoice).
