Return Policy

1.0 Return (Exchange & Refund) Policy

1.1 Once payment is processed and order is confirmed, no refund, exchange, cancellation or amendment is applicable unless stated otherwise. 

1.2 In the case of any cancellations made, a 5% administrative cost will be chargeable.  

 

1.3 Return, exchange or refund are only acceptable when certain conditions are met:

1.3.1 - Product is damaged
1.3.2 - Product's "Best Before" or "Expiry" date has expired 

1.4 All return or exchange product/s must be presented with an order confirmation receipt for proof of purchase.

1.5 If there are any return, exchange or refund to be made, the product must be returned to the delivery person upon delivery when the goods are being checked. 

1.6 If the delivery person has left the vicinity, any return or exchange will incur additional transportation charges accordingly.

1.7 Please check all products accurately upon receiving.
